All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Friendly Wager and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friendly Wager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
