1. Introduction

Moore Digital Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Friendly Wager mobile application and iMessage extension (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have regarding your information.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Username: An optional display name you choose to identify yourself on the leaderboard and in wager activity. You are not required to provide a real name.
• Favorite Teams: Sports teams you optionally select during onboarding to personalize your experience.
• Wager Content: The text of wagers you create, including matchup descriptions, stakes descriptions, and game selections. This content is visible to other users you share wagers with.

Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous User ID: When you first launch the App, Firebase Authentication assigns you a random anonymous identifier. This ID is not linked to your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information.
• Push Notification Token: If you grant notification permission, your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is stored privately in our database. This token is used only to deliver notifications about your wagers (e.g., someone joined your bet, a wager was settled). It is stored in a private collection accessible only to your own account.
• Device Information: Firebase may collect your device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and security purposes.
• Usage Data: General information about how you interact with the App, such as features accessed and session frequency, collected via Firebase.
• iMessage Activity: When you use the Friendly Wager iMessage extension, the App creates wager records associated with your anonymous ID. We do not access the content of your iMessage conversations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your anonymous account across devices using a shared keychain
• Display your username and wager activity on the leaderboard and in group wager views
• Track the creation, participation, and settlement of wagers between users
• Automatically settle wagers by querying final game scores from The Odds API
• Send push notifications when someone joins your wager, a wager is settled, or you receive a direct challenge
• Protect the security and integrity of the App using Firebase App Check
• Diagnose bugs and improve App performance
• Respond to your support requests

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your username, favorite teams, wager activity, and win/loss record are visible to other users within the App. Wager content you create in iMessage is visible to participants in that conversation.
• Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase for anonymous authentication, Firestore database storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications). Google processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, primarily in the United States.
• The Odds API: We query The Odds API to retrieve game schedules and final scores for automated wager settlement. We send game identifiers to this service but do not share any user data with them.
• Apple Inc.: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple's iMessage framework and push notification infrastructure (APNs). Apple processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Moore Digital Holdings LLC, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via the App or this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure located in the United States. We implement the following security measures:

• Firestore security rules that restrict read and write access to authorized users only
• Firebase App Check to verify that requests originate from legitimate versions of the App
• Anonymous authentication credentials stored in an iOS keychain with kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly protection — credentials cannot be restored to a different device
• Push notification tokens stored in a private Firestore collection accessible only to the token owner
• All data transmitted over TLS/HTTPS

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we may send you push notifications about your wager activity, including:

• A new participant joining your open wager
• A wager being settled with the winning side
• A direct challenge sent to you

You can opt out of push notifications at any time in your device's Settings > Notifications > Friendly Wager. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the App.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All Users

• Access: You may request a description of the information we hold about your anonymous account by contacting us at admin@moore-digital.com.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing admin@moore-digital.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Note that wager records you participated in may remain in other users' history in an anonymized form.
• Opt-Out of Notifications: Disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings as described above.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App stops all future data collection. Your existing data remains in our database until you request deletion.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used and shared
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your information is the performance of the service you requested (contract) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional application. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. 8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your anonymous account is active or as needed to provide the service. Wager records are retained indefinitely to support leaderboard and historical statistics. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time as described in Section 7.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has used the App, please contact us immediately at admin@moore-digital.com and we will take steps to remove the associated data.

10. International Data Transfers

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Third-Party Links

The App and this website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
