1. Introduction

Moore Digital Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Friendly Wager mobile application and iMessage extension (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have regarding your information.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Display Name: A name you choose so friends can recognize you in a wager and in your head-to-head records. You are not required to provide a real name.
• Favorite Teams: Sports teams you optionally select to personalize your experience.
• Wager Content: The text of the wagers you create, including the bet itself and your stakes. This content is visible only to the people you send the wager to — wagers are private and are not shown in any public feed.
• Sign in with Apple (optional): You may optionally link your account using Sign in with Apple so your wagers stay tied to you across devices and reinstalls. The requested scope is your full name only; the App does not request your email address. We use a name Apple provides only to set your display name if you do not already have one. You can use the App without signing in with Apple.

Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous User ID: When you first launch the App, Firebase Authentication assigns you a random anonymous identifier. The identifier is not based on your name, email address, or phone number, but it is associated with your App data, including any display name you choose.
• Push Notification Token: If you grant notification permission, your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is stored privately in our database. This token is used only to deliver the wager notification described in Section 6 — currently a single reminder on a wager's settle-by date. It is stored in a private collection accessible only to your own account.
• App Check Token: The App attaches a Firebase App Check token to supported requests. The token is used to help protect backend resources. App Check enforcement may be enabled later.
• iMessage Activity: When you use the Friendly Wager iMessage extension, the App creates wager records associated with your anonymous ID. We do not access the content of your iMessage conversations.

The App does not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Performance Monitoring, and it does not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Maintain your identity between the companion iOS app and iMessage extension on the same device using a shared keychain; optional Sign in with Apple can reconnect your account across devices and reinstalls
• Display your chosen name to the friends in a wager and in your head-to-head records
• Track the creation, participation, and manual settlement of wagers between friends
• Show game schedules and odds from The Odds API for browsing in the iMessage extension
• Send you a reminder on a wager's settle-by date, if you set one and enable notifications
• Protect the security and integrity of the App
• Respond to your support requests

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: A wager you create is visible only to the friends you send it to — there is no public feed and other people cannot browse or discover your wagers. Your chosen display name, favorite teams, and win/loss record may be visible to friends you have wagered with.
• Firebase (Google LLC): The App uses Firebase Core to initialize Firebase services, Firebase Authentication for anonymous and optional Apple-linked accounts, Cloud Firestore to store App data, App Check to attach attestation tokens to supported requests, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide the settle-by reminder. Google processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, primarily in the United States.
• The Odds API: The iMessage extension queries The Odds API to display schedules and odds for NFL, NBA, NCAAB, MLB, and NHL games. No user identifiers are sent to The Odds API.
• Apple Inc.: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple's iMessage framework, push notification infrastructure (APNs), and — if you choose to use it — Sign in with Apple. Apple processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Moore Digital Holdings LLC, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via the App or this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure located in the United States. We implement the following security measures:

• Firestore security rules that restrict read and write access to authorized users only
• Firebase App Check tokens attached to supported requests; enforcement may be enabled later
• Anonymous authentication credentials stored in an iOS keychain with kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly protection — credentials cannot be restored to a different device
• Push notification tokens stored in a private Firestore collection accessible only to the token owner
• All data transmitted over TLS/HTTPS

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Push Notifications

Push notifications require the companion iOS app (Apple does not allow an iMessage extension to receive them). If you open the app and grant notification permission, we currently send a single type of notification: a reminder on the date you chose to settle a wager, so you remember to declare the winner. We may add other optional notifications in the future and will update this policy if we do.

You can opt out of push notifications at any time in your device's Settings > Notifications > Friendly Wager. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the App.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All Users

• Access: You may request a description of the information we hold about your anonymous account by contacting us at admin@moore-digital.com.
• Deletion: The primary way to delete your account is to open Profile in the App and tap Delete Account. The deletion sweep cancels open wagers you created, removes you from supporter and fader rosters on other open wagers, deletes /users/{uid} and /fcmTokens/{uid}, and then deletes your Firebase Authentication account. If you linked Sign in with Apple, the App also makes a best-effort attempt to revoke that authorization. Non-open wagers you participated in, including the display name you chose, remain in the other participants' wager history. Email admin@moore-digital.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" only if you cannot open the App; we will process that fallback request within 30 days.
• Opt-Out of Notifications: Disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings as described above.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App stops all future data collection. Your existing data remains in our database until you delete your account as described above.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used and shared
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your information is the performance of the service you requested (contract) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional application. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at admin@moore-digital.com to exercise these rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Non-open wager records are retained to support participants' wager history and head-to-head records. You may delete your account as described in Section 7. The deletion sweep cancels open wagers you created, removes you from supporter and fader rosters on other open wagers, deletes your user profile and push notification token record, and then deletes your authentication account. Non-open wagers you participated in, including the display name you chose, remain in the other participants' wager history.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has used the App, please contact us immediately at admin@moore-digital.com and we will take steps to remove the associated data.

10. International Data Transfers

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Third-Party Links

The App and this website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
